Our Purpose
At the 1-5 Cav Black Knights Foundation, our purpose is to turn trauma into growth. We focus on programs that enhance the well-being of veterans and service members, fostering resilience and a sense of belonging.
Our Mission
The Foundation conducts programs and supports projects that build resilience in the lives of service members who have experienced combat and post-traumatic stress that affects their daily lives and those of their loved ones. The Foundation focuses particularly on determining the causes of veteran suicide and develops programs intended to break the cycle of trauma.
